We’re so glad that #GivingTuesday pivoted to use their terrific platform to shine a light on what’s important as we all cope with the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We believe generosity has the power to unite and heal communities in good times and bad. That’s why we’ve launched #GivingTuesdayNow, a new global day of giving and unity that will take place on May 5, 2020 as an emergency response to the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19. It is an opportunity for the world to come together to thank, to give, to help, and to heal.”

As you know, the STOP THE BLEED® community’s generosity is the time that so many organizations and individuals give. So many nurses, EMTs, doctors, medics, and others who volunteer their time to train people to STOP THE BLEED®. It also includes everyone who volunteers to learn to save a life. That’s anybody and everybody who takes a STOP THE BLEED® class so they are prepared if the time to use their training ever comes.
